Phew

It only took me six months, but I finished Pope Joan, by Donna Woolfolk Cross. It was EXCELLENT!





The book is a fictionalized account of a kick ass feminist who disguised herself as a man to rise through the ranks of the (then and now) most misogynist Christian institution.

It was so good, I wanted to do karate kicks while I was reading it.
