Tex-SUCKY

Don't let the title confuse - Austin was grand. Texasucky came from one of my instructors from the training. I was telling them about how we call Montana Montucky at times and after we saw a corverre all jacked up on monster truck tires, my instructor pointed and said "Look everyone - TEX-SUCKY!" Hilarious.

Anyway, the eating, the music and the bats. All awesome in Austin.



There is about one million bats that live under the Congress bridge in Austin. Every night they fly around in clouds of bats. It was VERY COOL.

Here is a link to my favorite club, the Continental Club. Kathy who was in the neighborhood while I was there and I saw some SPECTACULAR music last Thursday. Well worth the 13 block walk.

All in all, Austin gets two thumbs up!
