The 2007 Montana House of Reps is chock full of evil. It is dominated by the Sour Grapes Republican Party plus a Assclown Constitutional Candidate. The Rs are blindly voting for terrible shit just to give the Ds a big F-U.
For example, can you BELIEVE that a Constitutional Amendment to define that life begins at conception would make it out of committee? It DID! Luckily it died on the floor - but marginally. A bill that could PUNISH women who have miscarriages got 45 votes. Seriously, do you really think that the republican voters of Montana want to see women's health compromised like this? Seriously Koopman asks a question if an opponent believes that a fetus is a human or a bug growing inside a woman. There is a Dr. who says that if a woman is pregnant with a boy, there is a penis inside of her and no woman has a penis unless there is something seriously wrong with her. . .
