Well, you all know that I am a HUGE Denver Broncos fan and normally I would NEVER EVER extoll the virtues of another football team on my blog, but my hubby's team is on their way to the Superbowl! In support of my Hubby, I will say with all of the earnest in the world - GO BEARS!
Above our television sits a small Brian Urlacher icon, and it is he who we believe will mangle the killer Indy offense leading Chicago to a win. Hopefully Grossman is taking QB lessons this week, but heck, they didn't need his "skills" all season, why depend on them now. In two weeks you know that we will be praying to the great and benevolent football god for a win. Something I can honestly say I never thought I would be praying for, afterall, how can you be a Bears fan after the 1980's. Well, unless you are FROM Chicago. Even that is a tad bit unforgiveable, but here I am, rooting for the Chitown Bears with all of my soul. Plus, if they win, I win some cash from a football pool - so once again - GO BEARS!
