I HEART Montana's supreme Court

Those REALLY REALLY bad ballot initiatives that would basically hobble our government for the hell of it were kicked off this ballot because of fraud committed by the signature gatherers. It is just TOO BAD that ballots were already printed. . . I digress. The best news of the day is that the Supreme Court upheld a lower court's ruling that the initiatives be tossed because of "pervasive fraud" by out-of-state, paid signature-gatherers for constitutional initiatives 97 and 98 and Initiative 154.

Here is an excerpt from my favorite Supreme Court Justice' opinion on the court's unanimous decision. She is SO COOL.

*** BONUS Here is our governor challenging the funder of these bullshit initiatives to a debate. It is kind of funny.

Give me a V! Give me an I! Give me a C! Give me a T! Give me an O! Give me a R! Give me a Y! What's that spell? VICTORY!

I'm sorry, but I am starting to like Gov. Bri-Bri more and more every day. I really think he has found his true calling. I take back all the things I said while he was running for office. He is not a schmaltzy, egotistical fool. He is a bit corny, but in a good way. Unless he really screws up, I say Gov. Bri-Bri "I'll buy him a steak" 2008!
