Rick Hill is a stupid f-ing IDIOT!

Go back to oblivion you stupid stupid man. You are nothing more than a Racicot lackey, you are a pawn in the great Republican fuck up of our country. Go back to gardening or picking your nose and watching soap operas, stick to your talent areas.

Group wants legislators to balance rights

Again and again, you hear me say you DO NOT have to choose between the economy and the environment. If this ballot initiative passes, we will allow Legislators to make that choice. If Montanans do not have the right to a clean and healthful environment, we might as well move to Nine Mile Island. Industry is NOT responsible with our air and water, I can tell you that as a fact. They DO NOT choose the best environmental controls and they do not report or clean up spills unless they are forced to (if they are caught). By not holding them responsible in the Courts, we are giving them carte blanch to pollute our state and citizens loose their rights. That is wrong wrong wrong.

By having the right to a clean and healthful environment is not going to produce a bumper crop of lawsuits, in fact, this has been in the constitution since I have been alive and the Sunburst case is the first time the Montana Supreme Court has heard this.

Republicans are just pissed because their Industry Lap Dog Governor is gone and now companies are held accountable for hurting the environment.

I can't even BEGIN comprehend what this "right to agriculture" business is all about (not covered in the IR article).

Ahhhh - I get the right to farm/ranch thing now. They are going to add it to the initiative so that eastern montana will vote for it, not knowing what they are voting for, but thinking it will save them from evil developers or coal bed methane irrigation water. As in the right to a clean and healthful environment, it would be up to the legislature, not the courts to decide individual's rights to farm/ranch. Good show, Rick. Good show fuck face. I never did give him too much credit for being smart, I might have to recind that.
