Lying Liars

My buddy Gregg Trude has a nice letter to the editor in Sunday's Helena IR. I love that people on the anti-choice side have to resort to lies and inflammatory language to support their cause. How many times do we have to dispute the abortion-breast cancer link, that no, people don't have abortions at 9 months of pregnancy, and there may be higher rates of abortion amongst women of color because of lack of access to reproductive health care and birth control or poverty, not because the "abortion industry" is targeting them. And, all you have to do is look at the financial reports from a Planned Parenthood to see that they're not "making millions" off abortion. In fact, the Missoula clinic had to stop providing surgical abortions because they could no longer afford to do so. Hardly a case of getting rich off abortions.

I guess if you keep repeating lies, people are bound to start to believe you. These "moralistic" holy rollers should take a long hard look at themselves--lying to women does not a Christian make.

The anniversary of Roe v. Wade is upon us again. The anniversary of the single most heinous decision ever by the U.S. Supreme Court, allowing abortion through nine months of pregnancy.

You would think that in 2006 people would know that at 21 days an unborn babies heart is beating, at 6 weeks she has all of her fingers and toes and at 8 weeks of gestation the unborn baby feels pain. This does not seem to matter to the abortion industry that makes millions of dollars off women and girls. They say it is about women’s rights and not about babies, tell that to the millions of women who suffer from post-abortion emotional and psychological scars or the millions who suffer from breast cancer because their pregnancies were not taken to full term.

The abortion industry has not told you that the founders of so called women’s rights were really trying to use abortion as a means of population control for minorities. Well it is working, the highest percentage of abortions is in Black women followed by Hispanic.

If you are not sure if an unborn baby is in fact a baby, just look at an ultrasound.

I'm not sure I've heard anything more absurd about a link between breast cancer and abortion!!!!!!! Leave it to the whacko holy rollers to lie and feel justified in doing it...

Oh come one, he deserves at least one prop for sticking up for minorities. Once in a lifetime event there.

Ug - I think I just barfed a little in my mouth. Even though I was being sarcastic, it still made me ill.
