You are FIRED!

One of my posse was recently told to get her shit and get the fuck out. I have been struggling to find a way to make her realize that it is really all for the best. She HATED her job. Her boss was a witch. She was staying on for the sake of the organization and she was miserable. The witch did her a huge favor. This is really going to be the best summer ever.

So in order to make her feel good about her new state of unemployment - I was going to take a cue from the awesome gal at Sticks & Stones. "Because words can't hurt us if we make T-shirts out of them." We can submit our ideas to the website in honor of the firee. I just need some ideas. Since I am a little hung from last night's sendoff for 'Merica, I am struggling. Help me please. She needs a t-shirt to commemorate her new found employment status.
