Not that our stupid local paper would bother to write about such an important story today, but last night at the Helena City Counsel meeting, Mayor Dorkface changed his mind and suddenly became supportive of the Open Space maintenance district and it passed.
This is good news for everyone. Even developers. Hear me out here. So what they can't build EVERYWHERE they want, but it drives up real estate values so their piece of shit houses sell for more. For $7 a year property owners get to live in a nice place.
So - who wants to go in on this house with me? Let's buy it and demolish re-opening all of the open space it will destroy OR better yet, turn it into low income housing. Fuck you Tim Blixseth. Seriously.
