Is it just me?

Or is it that every HORRIBLE driver in this town has a Jesus Fish or a Bring Home the Troops Ribbon on their car or in MOST cases, both?

Or could it be that every car in this town has one or both of the above, so it just seems like all of the bad drivers have them?
