Oh and P.S. I refuse to blog about what a total assface Mel Gibson is, he has been dead to me for years. I am not shocked and I hope this ruins his career. It won't, but I can still hope.
I actually think that hand thing was supposed to symbolize the hand of a doctor, or God. but i must admit, i didn't get the cartoon. was it anti-abortion? was it supposed to be funny? The only humor i could detect in it was that the "fetus" was reading a paper, or something, and we all know it is too dark to read in the womb. still, not really funny.
It was anti-abortion. It is showing this little aware fetus all happy and reading when a giant scary hand comes in and evicts it.
Not funny at all.
Truthfully, I've seen some disgusting Pro-choice cartoons as well ... though they are much more truthful and thought-provoking ;-)
I've heard the cliche "worthless as a screen door on a submarine". But a screen door on a womb? Is that possible? I don't think the office Sweets Catalog can spec a screen door that size. Smallest one I ever saw was a 6'-8" x 2'-0", but that was frame size, not rough opening. Hell, the HINGES for the door would be only about 4" x 2".
If I could essemble a door to my uterus would that increase my right to privacy? It seems to work for houses.
Think of the possibilities! I could shove a kilo of crack up there, WITH MY UNBORN CHILD, and the anti-chioce people would have to get a warrant and "knock and announce" before they could even say anything to me.
Bravo MouseTurds (or whatever it is called) for giving us the greatest idea of a century.
You need to do a post on Mel. The more rants everyone does, the better. I hate every movie he has done, Braveheart included, and I am glad he just ruined his career. :)
Don't you recall the posts (June 5, 2006) "We're All Just Incubators" or "Forever Pregnant". Pretty soon, our uteruses will be property of the government, no warrant needed. I wonder if they are going to start wiretapping mine?
ThursdayNext - I tried to post on Mel. It is lame, but I did my best.
