Listen, I respect people's right to privacy TREMENDOUSLY, but if you buy a piece of property along a waterway in Montana you had better expect floaters, anglers and the public on that waterway. I HATE that a bunch of rich assholes are trying to challenge the Montana Stream Access Law (Mitchell Slough).
Thank you Bdoc for your tremendous effort to preserve Montana's Stream Access Law!
'...Governor Schweitzer said the state was deeply committed to defending the river access law. "If you want to buy a big ranch and you want to have a river and you want privacy," he said, "don't buy in Montana. The rivers belong to the people of Montana."'

Yehaw! I was just talking to somebody about this MT water access law and how great it is. Good for MT - supporting every person's access to water. Some things should never be owned.
Hello from Seattle!
I am pushing for Bdoc to write a guest blog on the whole Mitchell Slough/Montana Stream Access Law, since nobody knows it better. . . come on BDOC! Wow us. I know you can!
Thomas - hi from H-Town.
I'll work on it. I have to be careful - never know who reads your infamous blog ;-) Plus, I have a brief due on Wed. so we'll see if I can get to it in the near future!!!
In the meantime, let's make plans to float the Mitchell Slough when the Supremes finally tell those landowners where to go....
Dear Assface Landowners - go back to California.
