I'll Take my Coffee with a Side of Hate

Now, I don't regularly ask everyone to support Starbucks, but today is an exception. I usually try to get people to buy their coffee at local shops, but in this case, Starbucks needs some moral support.

They recently started a campaign called "The Way I See It" where they put quotes on their coffee cups from different people as a way to stir up some conversation and represent diversity, yada yada.

My friends at Focus on the Family put out a call to their e-network asking good Christians to "Tell Starbucks you are disappointed in its support of homosexual activism" and boycott the company due to this quote from Armistead Maupin:
My only regret about being gay is that I repressed it for so long. I surrendered my youth to the people I feared when I could have been out there loving someone. Don't make that mistake yourself. Life's too damn short.

Apparantly Focus on the Family and co have been up Starbucks' ass before about supporting gay pride events, effectively stopping their public support for them until recently.

I'm asking all of you to go to Starbucks and voice your support for a company that supports diversity and equality.
